INNOVATIVE FRAME DESIGN
The Storm Bee’s high-strength aluminum frame offers both stiffness and flexibility to optimize the riding experience. The compact arrangement of the battery pack, motor control unit (MCU) and motor minimizes unsprung weight and balances the Storm Bee. The 1,430 mm wheelbase and steering geometry give the Storm Bee great maneuverability and excellent high-speed stability off-road.

TURBO & REVERSE BUTTONS
Two of the most unique features on the Surron Storm Bee are the turbo and reverse buttons. Pressing the turbo button gives you a short, extra boost of power at full throttle. Meanwhile, the functional reverse button will be a welcome feature for riders who find themselves in tricky situations on the trail. It’s this kind of innovation and outside-the-box thinking that sets Sur Ron apart.

HIGH PERFORMANCE ELECTRIC POWERTRAIN
The heart of the Storm Bee’s powertrain is its 104V/55Ah battery pack, powerful enough to propel the Storm Bee to a top speed of 75 mph and a max range of 70 miles. Recharge the Storm Bee via its included charger through a conventional wall outlet in 4 hours. A precision-built FOC motor control unit safely and efficiently manages power to the liquid-cooled, brushless (BLDC) motor. Built-in sensors automatically optimize power delivery if temperatures get too high, maximizing battery life.
Warranty Information:
For 30 days after the delivery date we can replace any part that is deemed defective from manufacturing.
The power system (motor, controller, display and battery) has a 12 month limited warranty. Chassis, swing arm and other none wear part have a 12 months warranty.
We do have exclusions for normal wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, suspension valving), as well as misuse or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or neglect. Misuse also includes altering any wiring, or installing any non-genuine parts, as well as any use for racing. Any misuse in charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranty are non-transferable and you must have proof of purchase from us before asking for warranty replacement.

I bought this bike for our son and he absolutely loves it. The quality is excellent and it runs really smoothly. It feels sturdy and well built, and we haven’t had any issues with it so far. The customer service has also been fantastic, very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Overall we’re really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Assembly process was decently lengthy as well which isn’t really an issue. The weight of the bike is a lot heavier than most other bikes. Depends on how you look at it with it being a lot more durable feeling in my opinion. I got the bundle with the bike, bike lock, and phone mount but I did not get the phone mount with it, on received the bike lock.

I’m not sure if rating it three stars is being a bit more generous, the packaging precautions they took is not the best at all. Some areas they did good but a lot of the other areas they left a lot of the bike exposed. The box was damaged when I received it which was concerning so I took pictures and documented it and contacted them. They responded fairly quick but when given the documentation of the damaged parts and issues that I had with the bike they seem to be a little stingy on help resolve the issues.

So far, I’ve been impressed with Surron Auto’s customer service. Every time I’ve emailed support, I’ve received a response within 1 hour. We had an issue with the battery overheating within 2 weeks of purchase while riding in 60 degree weather. I emailed customer service, and they immediately sent a replacement battery. I’ve emailed customer service twice since then to request parts that were damaged through accidental spills (not because of defects with the bike) and I received those parts quickly as well.

Bike was great until is stopped working after 30 miles. Chatted with customer service and they were fantastic. Have the parts on the way and hoping it has more power with a new controller. Didn’t feel right from the beginning but because they stand by there product it will hopefully soon be fixed.

The leather-like throttle grips that our bike came with looked sharp out of the box, but they immediately started showing wear after just a few days of use. I understand that there’s now a rubberized version, so, if you have the option, go with that because they’ll be much more durable.

There is no quick release cord, so it’s a time consuming and tedious process to replace a tire or the battery. This choice may have been due to the fact that it’s a dirt bike. We figured out what to do using YouTube videos and ordering special tools on Amazon.

This is a solid, comfortable riding bike. Power is great, and it’s a smooth ride. The bike arrived carefully packaged in a crate and is fairly easy to assemble on your own if you follow the enclosed directions (but just know it does take a few hours if you’re not familiar with this kind of assembly).

I am very happy with this e-bike! It was easy to assemble, rides smoothly, and the battery lasts much longer than I expected. The motor provides plenty of power, making hills and longer rides effortless. The bike feels sturdy and well-built, and the seat is comfortable even on longer trips. I’ve been using it for commuting and recreational rides, and it has exceeded my expectations. The pedal assist works great, and the brakes are responsive and reliable. For the price, this e-bike offers excellent value and performance. I would definitely recommend this e-bike to anyone looking for a dependable, fun, and convenient way to get around.

I’ve been really impressed with this ebike so far. The bike has plenty of power, rides smoothly, and feels sturdy even on rough roads. The suspension makes a big difference, and the seat is surprisingly comfortable for longer rides. The battery life has been solid, and I like how easy it is to switch between pedal assist and throttle mode.
Dirt Bike Rider –
This bike is so fun! I wanted to give a in depth review about the things I was concerned about with this bike. It’s a long review but in short, I am impressed! The suspension is solid and the adjustments function properly with rebound rate and stiffness on the front and back, just like a motorcycle. Stiffness and rebound rate can be adjusted with a screwdriver on the forks, while the rear mono shock can be adjusted for rate with a screwdriver, and for stiffness by turning the collar with a special tool which will compress the spring to make it more stiff. It came adjusted 3/4 stiffness which is good for my 145 lbs weight. I have jumped this bike and the suspension has not bottomed out yet. The assembly was easy and took about 1 hour. The range is good. I rode it aggressively on the pavement and on dirt trails and still got 45 miles off a full charge. If you ride it conservatively you could probably get 60 or more miles. The customer service is top notch. I had 2 parts that were damaged during shipment and they responded quickly and sent the replacement parts free of charge. This bike is in a class of it’s own. You won’t find another bike with this power that you can putt along peddling like a bicycle, and then rip it up with high voltage power on the trails. The direct drive motor is silent which adds to the covert nature while providing a top speed of 48 to 50+ mph depending on rider weight. Overall the quality is good. The welds are solid and it has held up to some very hard trail rides with jumps, rocks, roots and small logs. I have about 100 miles on it so far with most of that on dirt trails and no broken parts so far. I highly recommend buying this bike.

We’ve had this bike for a little over three months now and are pleased with it. It’s been a learning curve because we’ve never had an Ebike or dirt bike before, but, given the option, I would purchase this bike again.
